- How can I find out about the latest trainings offered by the CHAMMP Training Institute (CTI)?

How can I confirm that I have been registered for a CTI course?
The CHAMMP Training Institute strives to provide timely registration confirmation via email. For those who register online, you will first receive an email notifying you that we received your registration. All participants will then be sent an email registration confirmation within 7 business days of our receiving your registration. The registration confirmation email also serves as your receipt detailing the amount paid and method of payment used to register for the course. If you have not received written confirmation in a timely manner, please contact CTI at 206-744-1744 or via e-mail at txc@uw.edu.
- I need to cancel my registration. What do I do?
If you must cancel, the CHAMMP Training Institute must receive written notification of your cancellation. You may email, mail or fax (206-744-9939) your notification to our office. If you cancel before the late registration deadline, you may choose to either: 1) receive a refund or 2) apply your fee toward another CTI training within one year.
No refunds will be issued following the late registration deadline for the course. However, for those who must cancel after the deadline, we will work with you to apply your registration fee toward another CTI training within one year.
The CHAMMP Training Institute reserves the right to cancel any course due to unforeseen reasons that prevent it from holding the course. In the event of cancellation or postponement, the CHAMMP Training Institute will notify each registrant in writing and will issue a full refund. The University of Washington and Harborview Medical Center are not responsible for any related travel expenses.
